Container is the name of an innovative and practical building model that is quick to produce, easy to transport, and ready for use on the day it is delivered. Container is a specially developed model designed to meet construction needs in different areas in a short time.
Containers are manufactured on modern production lines equipped with new generation technologies in the prefabricated building sector. The New Generation Container stands out with its construction feature that offers the advantage of a bolt-nut and interlocking system without welding. Sandwich panels that provide high insulation are used in the wall and roof systems of the New Generation Container.
Containers are safe against winds blowing at speeds of 80 km/h. To withstand winds at this speed, the container structure must be anchored to the ground.
Container structures manufactured with New Generation Technology can be used safely for many years without requiring maintenance. Specially painted sandwich panels can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth, both inside and out. All metals, especially the lower and upper chassis, are painted with a paint system used in the automotive industry, maintaining their original vibrancy for many years without requiring maintenance. The floor is made of special thick PVC mineflo, making maintenance and cleaning very easy. The sandwich panel roof with a special fastening system is completely leak-proof and requires no extra maintenance. PVC windows, panel doors, and toilet cleaning are the same as other building systems.
The new generation of container structures, featuring a sandwich panel system from roof to wall, offer high thermal and sound insulation. With their high insulation, they provide noticeable energy savings of up to 60% with use. Special EPDM gaskets are used in areas where panels are joined with metal, preventing potential thermal bridges. PVC double-glazed windows and sheet metal exterior doors with special full closure provide additional insulation.
Container structures can be produced in standard plans and dimensions, as well as in custom sizes using a modular construction system. The standard 3×7 container size is prominent due to its widespread use. Container units can be produced in sizes ranging from 3 meters wide to 12 meters long. Units can be placed side by side and stacked up to four high, enabling container building projects of very large dimensions.
The ground where the container structure will be placed must be a solid surface suitable for leveling. A concrete floor with a thickness of 10 cm, laid evenly and without any unevenness, is recommended. It is important for the concrete floor to be slightly wider than the container dimensions to ensure the structure is securely anchored to the ground. The container can also be placed on a platform raised above the ground using a steel metal system. In this placement, the static calculations for the frame that will support the structure must be performed correctly. Connections against wind effects are also made in accordance with structural safety requirements.
The New Generation Container comes with a one-year manufacturer's warranty against production and assembly defects. The container can be used trouble-free for many years if the terms of use specified in the contract are adhered to.
Air conditioners and electric heaters can be used for heating and cooling the container. With the approval of distribution companies, natural gas stoves can also be integrated into the structure.
Trucks and trailers are used for the transportation of fully factory-produced container structures. For the transportation of disassembled containers, sea containers that meet international transportation standards are used alongside the same vehicles. The structure can be loaded and unloaded using a crane by utilizing specially designed brackets and columns installed on the container during production. Two fully manufactured 3×7 containers are loaded onto a truck. The disassembled flatpack container of the same size can be shipped by loading 10 units onto a truck or a sea container.
